Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ek77 at any given time. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity. ek77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your negligence.
• ek77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to complete KYC checks satisfactorily may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
• You must notify ek77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

ek77 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Where verification documents are requested, they must be submitted within 14 days of the request. Non-compliance may result in account restrictions or closure.

ek77 supports fast, secure payment processing for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ek77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, using stolen payment credentials, or providing forged identity documents during KYC verification.

Any account found to be in breach of these fair play rules will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. ek77 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
